Thermoshoe s.n.c. di Baldin & C. will not be deemed liable for any damage or loss, whether direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of the Articles included in the published catalogue, and also for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, neither for any other fact not ascribable directly to our firm.
Thermoshoe s.n.c. di Baldin & C. will not be deemed liable for losses of objects after delivery.

Thermoshoe s.n.c. di Baldin & C. reserves the faculty to modify/adapt the technical information of the products included in the catalogue, without notice.
The images relative to the articles are indicative and the characteristics of the objects delivered can be slightly different from the photographs in the catalogue.

Product availability
Thermoshoe s.n.c. di Baldin & C. reserves the right to accept the orders made and in any case, until the stock is sold out.
The articles for sale can be temporarily not available, in this case the clients will be informed by email within maximum seven days from receiving the purchase order. In case the ordered article is no longer available, we have the faculty to void the request, by refunding the amounts possibly paid.

Prices and selling methods
All the sales prices of the products shown and indicated on website www.sunshoes.it, which constitute offer to the public according to art. 1336 Civil Code, include VAT and any other tax; the transport cost is duly highlighted and the client can check it prior to confirm the purchase. The purchase contract is concluded by filling out and giving the consent for purchase, by accepting the data ''online’’.
The client can pay for the ordered goods through the payment methods indicated online during purchase.

Payments
The ordered articles shall be paid in advance by selecting a payment method among those included in ‘’Payment Methods’’.

Shipping and withdrawal
The ordered articles will be shipped with the shipping methods selected in "Shipping methods".
The goods travels at the risk of the buyer, therefore the clients are warned that any claim for damages to the goods shall be notified immediately when receiving the same goods, by signing the receipt with reservation, indicating the type of damage.
The client is protected by Italian laws on Withdrawal right (Legislative Decree 15/01/92 n 50).

Fiscal document
Thermoshoe s.n.c. di Baldin & C. always sends a business invoice with the product purchased; should the address of the receiver be different from the address of the person who placed the order, the original copy will be mailed to the buyer.
